Susanna Hogg spoke about her video, Green Money, one of the middle school section third prize-winning videos in C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam documentary contest. She is an eighth grader at Farragut Middle School in Knoxville, Tennessee.

C-SPAN’s StudentCam is an annual national video documentary competition that encourages students to think seriously about issues that affect our communities and our nation. Students are asked to create a short (5-8 minute) video documentary on an issue, event, or topic that helped them better understand the role of the federal government in their life or community. close
