At issue was the temporary visa program for foreign nationals coming into U.S. for seasonal agriculture work. Members of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration heard perspectives from Georgia, California and North Carolina, and discussed what to do with agriculture workers that were already in the country illegally. close
