Senator Roy Blunt (R-MO) delivered the Weekly Republican Address. He spoke about the impending “fiscal cliff” tax increases and budget cuts in January 2013 if Congress failed to reach a budget agreement, and urged Congress and the White House to accomplish something before the deadline.
