Witnesses testified veterans' access to mental health care. They talked about the results of a report which concluded that veterans had to wait nearly two months for access to mental health providers, but that 95 percent of new patients were seen within 14-day time frame. Other parts of the investigation cast doubts on that high figure, indicating far fewer personnel had access within the two-week goal. close
