The Partnership for the Americas Commission released their report, “Re-Thinking U.S.-Latin American Relations: A Hemispheric Partnership for a Turbulent World.” The report included policy recommendations on economic and poverty issues, security, foreign policy, and energy development in the U.S. and Latin America.
