Luke Rosiak talked about his Washington Times analysis of federal contractors' executive pay. He found that almost 80 contractors that depend on the government for nearly all their business were paying their top executives combined average salaries of over $3 million annually. Topics included federal rules concerning contractor pay and Obama administration and congressional efforts to impose caps on pay. He responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.
