Jonathan Schell talked about his book, The Seventh Decade: The New Shape of Nuclear Danger, published by Metropolitan Books. His book explored nuclear arms proliferation and analyzed what he perceived as the revival of the nuclear threat. Mr. Schell looked at the past and future of nuclear weapons in state and non-state procurement.
