Representative John Lewis (D-GA) presents lessons he learned as a leader of the civil rights movement. Representative Lewis, who was chairman of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC) from 1963 to 1966, recalls his life of activism in the hopes of imparting his experience to a new generation of activists. He responded to questions from members of the audience at Politics and Prose Bookstore.
