Author and radio talk show host Tammy Bruce was interviewed about her life, career, and writings. She discussed her self-identification as an openly gay, pro-choice, gun owning, pro-death penalty, voted-for-President Bush progressive feminist. She also responded to audience telephone calls and electronic mail.

At the age of 27, Ms. Bruce was the youngest person ever elected president of the Los Angeles chapter of the National Organization of Women (NOW) and served from 1990-1996. She also served two years on the national board of directors. With the “Tammy Bruce Show” (1993-1998) on KFI-AM 640, she was the first openly gay women in the country to host a show on mainstream talk radio. Her editorials and commentaries on social issues have been published nationally and internationally in a wide variety of magazines, newspapers, and on television and radio programming.
