The chairs of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) testified on their agencies' fiscal year 2014 budget requests. The President’s 2014 budget request called for $1.67 billion for the SEC, a $353 million increase from 2013. The CFTC 2014 budget request is $315 million. close
