Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the United Nations General Assembly. He said that Israel would “stand alone” if necessary to prevent Iran from getting nuclear weapons. He described the new Iranian president as a “wolf in sheep’s clothing” and said Iran’s record contradicts the new words coming from President Rouhani.

The 68th session of the General Assembly was held in an alternate conference hall as the main General Assembly hall was under renovations. close
