To conclude the C-SPAN American Presidents series, telephone lines were opened for audience comments on the American President series and to answer the question, “Who was the most influential first lady?” Mr. Anthony talked about first ladies and about his book, First Ladies: The Saga of the Presidents' Wives and Their Power. A portion of a C-SPAN interview with Hillary Rodham Clinton was shown. Photos, film, and video footage of various first ladies were shown.
