Elizabeth Jones, Assistant Secretary of State for European Affairs, and J.D. Crouch, Assistant Defense Secretary for International Security Policy, testified before the House International Relations Subcommittee on Europe about U.S-Europe relations and U.S. policy in Europe. There was concern about a growing difference in perceptions between the U.S. and Europe. Of particular interest were the relations between the U.S. and Russia, France, and Germany. close
