Judge Janice Rogers Brown of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia delivered the seventh Joseph Story Distinguished Lecture at the Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. She spoke about constitutional law and judicial restraint. Judge Rogers Brown was nominated by President George W. Bush in 2003 and confirmed by the Senate in 2005. close
