Former National Security Advisers Zbigniew Brzezinski and Brent Scowcroft talked about Russia’s annexation of the Crimea region of Ukraine. They talked about Russian President Putin’s further plans for expansion, the effectiveness of sanctions against Russia, and possible scenarios of what the United States and European Union could do. Roger Cohen also commented and Bob Schieffer moderated.
