Bork is the author several books including Slouching Towards Gomorrah: Modern Liberalism and American Decline and The Tempting of America: The Political Seduction of the Law, and Coercing Virtue: The Worldwide Rule of Judges. A distinguished fellow of the Hudson Institute and the Tad and Diane Taube distinguished visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution.
