In celebration of the 35th anniversary of C-SPAN, a video clip was shown from the yearly timeline of memorable moments in the House of Representatives.

In a rare Sunday session on March 21, 2010, the House passed the Senate version of health care legislation, 219 to 212. During debate, Representative Patrick Kennedy (D-RI) cited Martin Luther King, Jr., and his late father Senator Ted Kennedy (D-MA), a longtime champion of health care legislation. close
