Rose Gottemoeller was the keynote speaker at an Arms Control Association conference on nuclear nonproliferation issues. She gave an overview of U.S. diplomatic efforts in the area of nuclear nonproliferation and arms reduction. Topics included a proposed treaty on fissile material and a conventional arms trading treaty in Europe. After her speech she answered questions from audience members.
