Ben Rattray discussed the use of peer-to-peer communication to change public policy on issues from immigration to gay rights to product safety. He talked about how he founded his on-line petition site and many of the causes it has influenced. He was interviewed by Ron Brownstein and responded to questions from members of the audience.
