Secretary Cohen and General Shelton briefed reporters on NATO military action against Serbian forces in Yugoslavia and the refugee crisis in the area. They said that the previous day had been NATO’s most successful of the seven week campaign, noting that a MiG-29 and five MiG-21s were destroyed. After their remarks they answered questions from reporters.
