Robert McDowell addressed the Right Online Conference. He talked about his opposition to Internet regulations under consideration by the Federal Communications Commission. In his remarks he called the Internet is “the greatest deregulatory success story of all time” and said the best way to keep the Internet growing is to maintain its current model.
