Vice President Joe Biden contrasted the economic policies of the Obama administration with those that Mitt Romney would likely have if he were president. In his speech he said that Mitt Romney’s experience at Bain Capital, the private equity firm he co-founded, does not qualify him to be president. 
Following his remarks he spoke informally and greeted members of the audience at Keene State College.
