The Adjudicatory Subcommittee of the House Standards of Official Conduct Committee announced that New York Democratic Representative Charles Rangel was found guilty of 11 ethics violations.
The committee met to determine whether any charges against former Ways and Means Committee Chair Rangel were proven by clear and convincing evidence. The charges, several on tax and financial disclosure violations, were the result of a nearly two-year investigation.
