The House voted to reprimand Representative Laura Richardson (D-CA) for violating seven federal and House rules, including the use of House resources for her own personal purposes and pressuring her Washington, D.C., staff to work on her 2010 campaign. Members approved by voice vote the bipartisan Ethics Committee report.
