Regulators and energy industry officials testified on the vulnerability of the U.S. electric grid to cyber attacks. They said that the nation’s electric grid was vulnerable to cyber attacks, but disagreed with one another on the best ways to improve the grid’s security. The committee held the hearing as they considered a variety of cyber security bills aimed specifically at energy security.
