Orin Kerr talked about the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit’s recent decision that the government can monitor individuals via GPS (Global Positioning System) without a warrant and without violating Fourth Amendment rights. Professor Kerr also discussed the protections of the Fourth Amendment and court and law enforcement interpretations of individuals' rights, and he responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.
