Mark Giuliano testified on the FBI’s intelligence gathering and analysis prior to and after the November 5, 2009, shootings Fort Hood, Texas, that killed 13 people. Among the topics he addressed were information sharing between law enforcement officials and the military, actions taken by military and federal agencies after the shootings, and on-going efforts to combat terrorism.
