Jeremy Jacobs talked about three consolidated cases heard before the Supreme Court to decide whether the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) violated the Clean Air Act by requiring power plants to meet strict emissions standards. The cases included Michigan v. Environmental Protection Agency, Utility Air Regulatory Group v. Environmental Protection Agency, and National Mining Association v. Environmental Protection Agency.
