Colonel John Devillier, commander of the Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations, talked about the Port Mortuary and the importance of the dignified transfer, which receives the remains of America’s fallen at Dover Air Force Base. He spoke about their mission to fulfill the nation’s sacred commitment of ensuring dignity, honor and respect to the fallen and to provide care, service and support to their families.

C-SPAN’s Local Content Vehicles (LCVs) made a stop in their “2013 LCV Cities Tour” in Dover, Delaware, from June 17-21 to feature the history and literary life of the community.
