Abdoulaye Dukule talked about the African Union’s vision for economic development after 2015. Mr. Dukule was the special envoy of Liberian President Johnson Sirleaf to the United Nations High-Level Panel of Eminent Persons on the Post-2015 UN Development Agenda. Among his comments he described factors that affect development, such as education, good governance, public-private partnerships, and investments from other countries like China.
