Jon Leibowitz talked about the Federal Trade Commission’s new framework for protecting consumer Internet privacy. The proposal includes a “Do Not Track” option in which consumers may opt out of having Internet activity tracked. Mr. Leibowitz answered questions from the audience following his speech.
