Committee members heard testimony from witnesses concerning petitions challenging the 1994 election results in Connecticut’s Second Congressional District. Earlier, a state judicial panel ruled incumbent Rep. Sam Gejdenson the winner by 21 votes over Mr. Ed Munster, who challenged the results. Mr. Bauer and Mr. Tobin represented Rep. Gejdenson, while Mr. Ginsberg represented Mr. Munster. close
