During a recess in the unusual New Year’s Day House session, telephones were open for viewer reaction to the “fiscal cliff” agreement passed by the Senate. The House had not yet voted on the bill.
Niels Lesniewski reported by Skype about the meeting being held by the House Rules Committee to deal with the legislation passed by the Senate in the hours after midnight. He responded to questions from viewers.
