Richard Holbrooke and Rajiv Shah testified at an oversight hearing on U.S. civilian assistance for Afghanistan. During his testimony, Mr. Holbrooke said that there were 36 active corruption cases being investigated by a new anti-corruption unit, which had a 90 percent conviction rate. He also answered questions about the WikiLeaks' release of more than 91,000 classified documents related to military operations in Afghanistan.
