Governor Chris Christie (R-NJ) briefed reporters and answered questions on his office’s 360-page internal review of the George Washington Bridge lane closure scandal released the previous day. The internal review, conducted by the New York law office of Gibson Dunn and Crutcher, exonerated Governor Christie and some members of his staff. In remarks, Governor Christie announced the resignation of New York-New Jersey Port Authority Chain David Samson. Governor Christie spoke from his New Jersey Statehouse office. close
