Senator John McCain (R-AZ), the Armed Services Committee’s ranking member, filed a resolution calling for a bipartisan joint investigation into the attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya. He was joined on the floor by Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Kelly Ayotte (R-NH). Senator McCain also reacted to comments by President Obama at a news conference where he criticizing Senators McCain and Graham for attacking U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice.
