The Defense Department’s independent review panel investigating the military’s handling of sexual assault heard testimony on recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the systems used to investigate, prosecute, and adjudicate crimes involving adult sexual assault and related offenses under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. This portion continued mark up of amendments 31-37.

This program was the third part of the second day in a series of Department of Defense pubic meetings of the Response Systems to Adult Sexual Assault Crimes Panel. The meeting was held at the George Washington University Law School Faculty Conference Center. close
