Elizabeth Hillman delivered the findings of the Comparative Systems Subcommittee of the federal advisory committee created to review the systems used to investigate and prosecute sexual assaults under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. At the beginning of the program Major General Jeffrey Snow, head of the Defense Department’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office, responded to an information request made during the previous panel.

This program was the second panel at a series of Department of Defense meetings of the Response Systems to Adult Sexual Assault Crimes Panel. The meetings were held at the George Washington University Law School. close
