Paul Chappell, a West Point graduate and Iraq War veteran, talked about his book, The Art of Waging Peace: A Strategic Approach to Improving Our Lives and the World, in which he discusses what he learned about waging peace from his time in the military. He argues that Gandhi and Martin Luther King, Jr., learned the same lessons, which make them as important to waging peace as Sun Tzu is to waging war. Mr. Chappell spoke at Salem State University in Massachusetts. close
