EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt testified before a House Appropriations subcommittee on President Trump’s 2018 budget request for his agency, which called for deep cuts and a reduction in workforce of nearly 4,000 employees. Members of the panel asked a variety of questions about the cuts, and how they would impact local and regional programs affecting their home districts. close
