Former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger (R-CA) spoke at a summit on after-school programs and criticized the Department of Education funding cuts in President Trump’s fiscal year 2018 federal budget proposal. The president’s proposal sought to cut all funding for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers, which support after-school programs. In 2002, Arnold Schwarzenegger founded After-School All-Stars, an after-school program based in Los Angeles, California. close
