Jake Sullivan, foreign policy adviser for 2016 presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, spoke at a conference co-hosted by the Truman National Security Project and the Truman Center for National Policy. He criticized the lack of foreign policy expertise of 2016 Democratic presumptive presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s Republican opponent, Donald Trump, calling him “temperamentally unfit and unqualified” to be the nation’s commander-in-chief.
