Glenn Hackbarth testified on the recommendations of the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission’s (MedPAC) annual report on Medicare payment policies. Mr. Hackbarth told committee members of 19 recommendations in the report. They included increasing payments for primary care doctors and reforming the fee for service model.
