Jonathan Blum testified on Medicare and Medicaid modernization efforts. He said the agency was making progress in implementing changes to the nation’s health care delivery system under the Affordable Care Act. He added that changes thus far had produced some positive results such as decreased re-admissions to hospitals and reduce growth in Medicare costs.
