Tony Kushner, author of the screenplay for the motion picture, “Lincoln,” and Lincoln scholar Harold Holzer, author of Lincoln: How Abraham Lincoln Ended Slavery in America, a companion book to the film for young readers, talked about the research and decisions made in the creation of the film script. Mr. Kushner and Mr. Holzer were joined by Daniel Weinberg, owner of the Abraham Lincoln Book Shop in Chicago.
