Members of the American Enterprise Institute’s “Shadow Financial Regulatory Committee” talked about suggestions for improving financial regulations on home mortgage lending and bank capital requirements. They also responded to questions from the audience.
The “Shadow Financial Regulatory Committee” met periodically to discuss timely issues such as new rules on home mortgages, global financial market,s and the latest enforcement efforts by regulatory agencies.
