The Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City heard oral argument in Fox Television v. FCC. The Court will decide if the Federal Communications Commission’s policy on the broadcast of curse words (also called "fleeting expletives") during live programs violates the First Amendment. This is the second time the Second Circuit Court heard this case.
