Hastings. Monsignor Bryon Walsh testified about his encounter with Judge Hastings at a conference for the Metro Miami Action Plan (MMAP) organization, the timeline of which contradicted earlier testimony given by Mayor Stephen Clark of Dade County, Florida. Florreyn Royals, a staff member for the MMAP, testified that, contrary to Mayor Clark's testimony, Judge Hastings did not shake the Mayor's hand nor speak to him after the Judge spoke at the MMAP conference.
