      <title>Future of the Communications Industry</title>
      <description>After a special address by Kyle McSlarrow, a panel discussion titled, "View from the Top: Leadership Perspectives," was moderated by Ms. Bartiromo. Industry executives discussed the future of the communications business from their perspectives as business leaders. They represented all aspects of the wide-ranging cable telecommunications industry, and they talked about the future of the converged communications world and ways that cable can continue to operate at the forefront of new opportunities in technology advancement, content proliferation, and increasing consumer control of media. Topics included the consumer desire to buy all communication devices, services and repairs from one company and get one bill. They also talked about telecommunications development in foreign countries.</description>
